While continuing my work on the outline for GENBA no Kizuna, which mainly consists of structuring the final discussion/revelation of all the mysteries at the moment, I’ve ended up doing some more research on various topics. Research is always a very important aspect to me, when it comes to writing a story. Thus, I’ve decided to give you a little overview of all the things I’ve looked into so far, just to write my little murder mystery visual novel.

Before we get into today’s main topic, let’s start with a quick little update regarding the progress I’ve made over the past seven days!

As mentioned in last week’s blog post, I worked on the base sprite for GENBA no Kizuna‘s second witness character, which was my main focus this week. I’m not completely done yet, as a few details remain to be fixed. There are also some things still bothering me, but I can’t quite figure out why they do. I guess I’ve just been working so much on this guy, that it’s become difficult for me to spot issues, so maybe I’ll have to get some distance and take a look at him again in a couple of days.
