First of all, in case you’ve missed the big news, we’ve not only introduced SHINRAI Saku‘s composer Crescendo in last week’s blog post, but also shared a public preview of the very first track, while the full version is available to supporters of both our Patreon and Crescendo’s Ko-fi. So definitely do check that out if you want to get a better idea of the musical vibe of our new project!

As for today’s update, I’ve been very busy working on the notebook content this past week. Just like our previous projects, Saku will feature a section for character profiles, diary entries and trivia (no evidence section this time around, as there is no real crime to solve). For a while, I was wondering about whether to include this type of content at all, but in the end, I just enjoy expanding on the world of SHINRAI and sharing some of the knowledge I’ve gained throughout my research. So expect to read a bunch of ryokan-related trivia and learn more about the fictional setting. Well, if you’re interested that is. Of course, the notebook content is completely optional!
Not much else I can share about it at the moment, but I’ll definitely show you a preview once the entry page design is fully set in stone.
