At last, Spooky Month is upon us, so I hope that you’ve had a very ghastly start into it and that many horrors (of the fun kind, of course) are lying ahead of you! Personally, I’d really like to spend an October dedicated to playing scary games and watching creepy movies again, as I haven’t really been able to do so for the past few years. However, despite GENBA no Kizuna finally being out, it doesn’t look like this year will be any less busy than the previous ones, so… welp!
Even today, I have quite a lot to on my to-do list, so this will be a shorter post again for a change. If you’re in a reading mood, though, and you haven’t checked them out yet, I’d like to direct you towards our last three blog posts in which I delved into GENBA‘s conception and how the project changed and evolved over time:
Next week, I will continue with these posts and begin sharing a proper postmortem, delving into topics such as the reasons for the long development length, mistakes we’ve made, things we’ve learned and so on and so forth. So, if you’re curious about that kinda stuff, be sure to check back again next Saturday!
Aside from working on those posts, I’m currently also tackling some things I sadly can’t really talk about yet. They’re related to both GENBA and our next project, however, and I hope to share some info on them as early as later this month or the start of November.
I’m really sorry about having to be vague and mysterious, but I don’t yet feel comfortable about getting into the details…
Anyway, that will be all for today, so please enjoy the rest of your weekend and, until next week, take care and have a spooky time °w°
